World Best Banana Chocolate Hazel Layer Cake

Very decadent and very easy to make!
–> Proven. Coz I can bake it. I'm sure u can too.

Look kinda gross. But taste good (same like nana cake)

Serves 6-8. Prep time: 40min
Cooking time: 45mins, largely unattended

MAIN INGREDIENT
200g castor sugar
125g plain flour
125g ground hazelnuts
3/4 tsp baking power
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 tsp salt
275g very ripe bananas, weighed after peeling
2 large eggs
1 tbsp rum (optional) –> didn't add that
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g unsalted butter, slightly softened

Filling and Glaze
300g dark chocolate (@least 60 per cent cocoa solids), finely chopped –> If u prefer yr cake to taste less sweet, u can opt for no sugar chocolate and add sugar amount according to yr taste.
300ml whipping cream
5 tbsp Nutella –> World best invention :p
75h white chocolate, chopped

THE STEPS LEADING TO THE WORLD RENOWNED BEST BANANA CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT LAYER CAKE

  1. Line the base of a deep 20cm rectangular or square cake tin with baking paper, then grease and flour sides and base. Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
  2. Mix the 1st 6 ingredients together and set aside. Combine bananas, eggs, egg white, rum adn vanilla in a bowl in a bowl and beat hard with a whisk until bananas are mashed fine.
  3. Add butter and half the banana mixture to dry ingredients and beat with a wooden spoon for 1 minute. Add half of the remaining banana mixture and beat for 30 seconds. Add final portion of mixture and beat for another 30 seconds. Put batter into pan, level surface and bake for 40-45minutes, until golden brown and an inserted toothpick emerges clean. Let cake cool.
  4. Make icing. Combine chocolate and cream in a pan and tir over low heat for about 4 minutes until smooth. Set aside two-thirds of mixture. Combine reminder with Nitella and beat for 2-3minutes, until cooled and slightly thickened.
  5. Cut cake in half, crosswise (That's a skill. Good Luck). Slice each half horizontally into two layers. Spread Nutella icing in three layers, and stack them. Place remaining layer on top, and place cake on a rack. Whn reserved icing tepid but still pourable, spoon it over cake, letting it flow down sides. Smooth top and sides with a palette knife. Melt white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water, then drizzle decorately on top of cake. Refrigerate, covered, until serving time.

There you go! A word of advise .. don't sting on ingredients. Get the best brand … esp on Chocolate ;)
