My Hubby send me this:
What is hyperventilation?
Hyperventilation is over-breathing, i.e. breathing more than is necessary to meet the body's requirements.
Over-breathing is a perfectly normal reaction to any stressful situation. Generally, when this event has passed, breathing will return to a normal rate.
Sometimes, as a result of prolonged stress or a physical trigger, a continual pattern of over-breathing can occur, whereby the breathing pattern does not return to a normal level.
How do I know if I am over-breathing?
You may be aware of some or all of the symptoms. Here are some of the most commonly experienced.
- Frequent yawning and sighing –> Oh yes!
- Feeling breathless after relatively minor exercise –> Oh yes!
- Difficulty co-ordinating breathing and talking and/or eating. –> Ermmm …
- Pins and needles in hands/arms/around mouth –> F! Yes!
- Palpitations –> Agghhhh! Yes!
- Feeling permanently exhausted and unable to concentrate for no apparent reason –> Big F! Yes!
- Muscular aches and tension around the neck/shoulders/jaw –> Double F! Yes!
- Bloated feeling in the stomach –>

- Light-headedness –> DIE!
Oh FISH! AM I? DO I?

I had a big fight with my Brother-in-law last night! So angry!
THE RESULT:

Ma De! My little finger was badly bruised. We were practising boxing lah
Hee! I throw some mean punches to his stomach! YEAH! Instead of being hit constantly, i decided what the heck! Anyway gonna get beaten up! As well… hit back right! LOL. Kekeke. All fair play. He was way much taller than me! I set a golden rule.. Cannot use legs ah!! Of coz not, if he were to use his leg.. my face will be the one dat suffer the fate as my little finger. No way!!!
In the end, i ate some ice-cream to sooth my bruised ego and my little finger as well
MA DE. I got to work out harder!

Got it from email. Tot why not share it right
have u been coughing badly or having an irritable throat? Fear no more! Read on to find out more …
To stop nighttime coughing in a child (or adult as we found out personally), put Vicks Vaporub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime then cover with socks.

Trusty Vicks Vaporub
Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about 5 minutes and stay stopped for many, many hours of relief.
Works 100% of the time and is more effective in children than even very strong prescriptions cough medicines. In addition it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly.
I heard the head of the Canada Research Council describe these findings on behalf of their scientists when they were investigating the effectiveness and usage of prescription cough medicines in children as compared to alternative therapies like accupressure. I just happened to tune in A.M.
Radio and picked up this guy talking about why cough medicines in kids often do more harm than good due to the chemical makeup of these strong drugs so, I listened.
It was a surprising finding and found to be more effective than prescribed medicines for children at bedtime, and in addition, it has a soothing and calming effect on sick children who then went on to
sleep soundly.
Lolly tried it on herself when she had a very deep constant and persistent cough a few weeks ago and it worked 100%! She said that
It felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her. Her coughing stopped in a few minutes and believe me, this was a deep,( incredibly annoying!) every few seconds uncontrollable cough, and she slept cough free for hours every night that she used it.
So, if you have children, pass it on, if you end up sick, try it yourself and you will be absolutely amazed by the effect.
So do tell me whether it works anot

Found this articles after a well-deserved email spring cleaning (3years of undeleted emails).
Please use left ear while using cell (mobile), because if you use the right one it will affect brain directly. This is a true fact from Apollo medical team. Please forward to all your well wishers

How true is it? Take it a punch of salt. Then again, better to be safe than sorry :p
